Summit Scholarship Fund
The registration fee helps offset the costs of the summit. To ensure inclusion, we do not want the fee to be a barrier to anyone's participation. If your budget does not allow for it, please contact us to apply for a discount or full waiver.
To help ensure the participation of other delegates who require support, please use the "Scholarship Fund Donation" box to make a tax deductible contribution to the Summit Scholarship Fund in addition to your registration fee.

Cancellation Policy: 80% of registration fee refunded will be refunded if cancelled by 4/30/2015. No refunds issued for cancellations after 4/30/13.
